Required Forms for the 2026-2027 School Year.
The following forms need to be printed and returned to the school office no later than August 26, 2026. You may also return forms by emailing them to mailbox@stastmschool.org for grades Pre-K to 5 and tkradas@stastmschool.org for grades 6 to 8.

Family Handbook
Our updated family handbook is now available. We request that you review it carefully with your child(ren), then sign and return the acknowledgment form.
